Valid for :

Senior citizens over 65, NHS workers, Fire Service workers, Police workers, full-time carers, people in receipt of Universal Credit and students in full time education. Please show proof of concession to our fitness instructors on arrival. 

Use of the Precor fitness suite.

Monday to Friday - 5pm-9pm 

Saturday and Sunday - 9am-3pm
